Return Policy

We have a no quibble returns policy, provided there has been no tampering or damage to the unit.

We have 100% belief in our products, and if for some reason you don’t agree, just email us and we will arrange the return.

The request must be made within 14 days of purchase unless the extension agreed with WeeRide SA, and the return postage cost is for the consumers.

If you return your seat and it isn’t in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we reserve the right to reduce your return payment by a refurb fee.

If you have a faulty product, we will collect and replace it.
